DOCUMENTS: The Briggs Deeds

The Briggs Family is connected by marriage to the Taylors and others. They own pieces of land in Hutfall Field and also the Taylor inheritance off the Market Place, Belper. Charles Bridges also built a house just off Green Lane, and inherited a parcel of land in Hutfall called The Orchard (possibly the site of the present Orchard cul-de-sac.)
